Abstract

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) adalah sistem pengelolaan perusahaan yang mengutamakan prinsip keterbukaan,akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab, independensi, dan kewajaran untuk membangun struktur dan sistem yang adaptif terhadap dinamika bisnis, termasuk pengelolaan risiko dan pengendalian internal. Seiring perkembangan teknologi, Perum BULOG mengadopsi sistem ERP (BERAS) dan Audit Management System (AMS) Teammate untuk meningkatkan efisiensi serta mendukung peran Satuan Pengawasan Internal (SPI) dalam audit dan pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pemanfaatan AMS pada SPI Perum BULOG Wilayah Jawa Timur dengan fokus pada persepsi auditor. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi kualitas aplikasi, kesesuaian dengan kemampuan auditor, dan efektivitas aplikasi dalam mendukung tugas audit. Sebanyak 60 kuesioner disebarkan dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa AMS Teammate dinilai berkualitas (70%), sesuai dengan kemampuan auditor (74%), dan efektif dalam mendukung tugas audit (70%). Aplikasi ini juga sesuai dengan standar IPPF yang mendukung kualitas, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi adanya gap dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan dukungan aplikasi terhadap tugas auditor SPI Perum BULOG Wilayah Surabaya.
