Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) untuk mengelola penerimaan kas dan pengeluaran kas di CV. Azkha Mulya Jaya. Perusahaan ini menghadapi masalah dalam pengelolaan kas akibat penggunaan sistem manual berbasis Microsoft Excel yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan keterlambatan laporan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan arus kas perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, analisis, desain, dan evaluasi sistem. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan staf bagian keuangan dan owner, observasi langsung terhadap proses operasional perusahaan, dan analisis dokumen pendukung seperti faktur, kuitansi, dan laporan keuangan yang ada di perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dapat mengotomasi pencatatan transaksi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas serta pembuatan laporan keuangan otomatis. Sistem ini dirancang dengan antarmuka yang user-friendly dan memiliki fitur untuk menghasilkan laporan arus kas harian dan bulanan yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan perusahaan dapat memantau arus kas secara lebih efisien, meminimalkan kesalahan manusia, serta meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas keuangan.
