Abstract

Keterlambatan proyek konstruksi dapat diantisipasi dengan membuat suatu perencanaan penjadwalan proyek yang matang. dan memperhitungkan semua aspek yang terlibat di dalamnya seperti, kebutuhan bahan, tenaga, keuangan, metode kerja, peralatan dll. Keterlambatan suatu proyek konstruksi dapat diantisipasi dengan cara meakukan suatu percepatan dengan menggunakan beberapa metode salah satunya Metode Crashing Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode crashing. Tujuan penilitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa tambahan biaya dan pengurangan durasi proyek setelah ditambah waktu 4 jam kerja dan untuk menganalisa tambahan biaya dan pengurangan durasi tambahan pekerja sebesar 25%. Dengan menggunakan metode crashing. Berdasarkan hasil analisis percepatan dengan opsi penambahan jam kerja (lembur) selama 4 jam dan alternatif penambahan jumlah tenaga kerja sebesar 25% pada Proyek Pekerjaan Konstruksi Pembangunan Gedung Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV) ITS, dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut Waktu yang diperlukan terhadap pekerjaan Rangka Atap pada Proyek Gedung Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV) ITS dengan menambah tenaga kerja Adalah 214 hari, sedangkan dengan menambah jam kerja 239 hari Hal ini berarti nilai efisiensi waktu dengan menambah Tenaga Kerja lebih efektif dari pada menambah Jam Kerja. Biaya yang diperlukan terhadap Pekerjaan Konstruksi Pembangunan Gedung Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV) ITS dengan menambah tenaga kerja sebesar Rp. 29,094,336,032.7, sedangkan dengan menambah jam kerja sebesar Rp. 27,947,753,398.55. Hal ini berarti nilai efisiensi biaya dengan menambah Tenaga Kerja lebih efektif daripada menambah Jam kerja.
