Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stress kerja dan resiliensi dengan work engagement pada guru di Yayasan perguruan Attarbiyah Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian analisis regresi berganda . Subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 123 Guru di Yayasan perguruan Attarbiyah Surabaya. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner meggunakan skala likert. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh secara simultan menunjukkan koefiesien 18.313 dengan signifikansi 0.000 <0.01 yang artinya terdapat hubungan positif antara stres kerja dan resiliensi dengan work engagement. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh secara regresi parsial stress kerja dengan work engagement menunjukkan koefisien -2.178 dengan signifikansi 0.031 < 0.05 yang artinya rendah stress kerja maka semakin tinggi work engagement, secara regresi parsial antara resiliensi dengan work engagement menunjukkan koefisien 4.757 dengan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 yang artinya semakin tinggi resiliensi maka semakin tinggi juga work engagement
