Abstract

Percobaan analisa plate heat exchanger dengan kode mesin E706B yang digunakan untuk mendinginkan fluida RBDPO (Refined Bleached Deodorized Palm Oil) membutuhkan laju aliran massa sebesar 21,78987 Ton/Jam pada cool water untuk mendinginkan suhu RBDPO dari suhu 100 °C menjadi 63 °C dengan laju aliran massa 14 Ton/Jam RBDPO yang menghasilkan beban panas 303,6055556 kW dengan efisiensi 67,44%. Selanjutnya untuk mendinginkan RBDPO dari suhu 100 °C hingga 60 °C dengan laju aliran massa yang sama yaitu 14 Ton/Jam membutuhkan laju aliran massa cool water sebesar 23,55662 Ton/Jam yang menghasilkan 328,2222 kW dengan efisiensi 72,65%. Kemudian pada target pendinginan RBDPO dari 100 °C menjadi 55 °C dengan laju aliran massanya 14 Ton/Jam membutuhkan 26,5012 Ton/Jam cool water dengan beban panas 369.3 kW dengan efisiensi 81,32%. Dan yang terakhir dengan target pendinginan RBDPO dari suhu 100 °C menjadi 50°C dengan laju aliran massa 14 Ton/Jam, membutukan 29,44577 Ton/Jam laju aliran massa cool water dengan nilai beban panas 410,2778 kW yang mempunyai efisiensi hingga 89,99%. Percobaan analisa plate heat exchanger dengan kode mesin F1021ST yang digunakan untuk pemanasan fluida RBDPS (Refined Bleached Deodorized Palm Stearin) dengan pemantauan pada alat dengan suhu RBDPS pada 71,2 °C hingga 72,8 °C dengan laju aliran massa 18 Ton/Jam membutuhkan laju aliran massa uap panas sebesar 0,44373 Ton/Jam dengan beban panas 16,88 kW dan efisiensi 22,99%. Kemudian dengan target pemanasan RBDPS dari suhu 58 °C menjadi 65 °C dengan laju aliran massa 18 Ton/Jam membutuhkan uap panas dengan laju aliran massa sebesar 1,941321 Ton/Jam dengan beban panas 73,85 kW dan efisiensi 38,00%. Berikutnya dengan target pemanasan RBDPS dari 58 °C hingga 70 °C dengan laju aliran massa 18 Ton/Jam membutuhkan laju aliran massa uap panas sebesar 3,327979 Ton/Jam dengan beban panas 126,6 kW dan efisiensi 52,02%. Yang terakhir dengan target pemanasan dari 58 °C menjadi 75 °C dengan laju aliran massa 18 Ton/Jam menggunakan uap panas/steam membutuhkan laju aliran massa 4,714636 Ton/Jam dengan beban panas 179,35 kW dan efisiensi 63,99%.
