Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing green accounting and green economy on financial resilience in the manufacturing sector. The research sample consists of 10 manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2023. The data used is secondary data obtained from the annual report and sustainability report of each company. The data analysis method used is quantitative with the help of Smart PLS software. The analysis technique used in this study is using in PLS there are two main parts, namely the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (inner model). The t-statistics test results show that the application of green accounting has a significant effect on financial resilience with a t-statistics value of 3.260611> 1.96. In addition, the green economy also has a significant effect on financial resilience with a t-statistics value of 5.046177 > 1.96. The findings of the analysis indicate that the application of Green Accounting has a significant negative effect on Financial Resilience, and Green Economy has a significant negative effect on Financial Resilience.
