Abstract
The complexity of construction project implementation causes many construction projects not to run according to plan. Both in terms of time and cost. The demand to be able to complete projects effectively and efficiently based on the planned time, quality and cost requires good project management implementation. The use of the Earned Value method in project control can manage projects to meet planned targets. The Earned Value method is a combination of aspects of schedule, cost and work performance that have been implemented in the field to be able to estimate the amount of cost and time required to complete the project. Evaluation of the time performance and cost performance of a project with this method uses 3 (three) indicators, namely, ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performed), BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performed), and BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled). The results of the performance analysis of the Bulu Section Road and Bridge Preservation Project, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java Province Boundary - Tuban City Boundary, East Java Province, obtained CV < 0 and CPI < 1, meaning that the costs incurred were greater than the planned budget, while the SV < 0 and SPI < 1 indicated that the project was delayed. The estimated cost and time for project completion was Rp51,403,263,278.97 within 310 calendar days, in other words the project suffered a loss of minus Rp 1,519,604,759.80 and was 25 days late from the contract time, which was 285 days.
