Abstract
Kabupaten Nganjuk sebagai salah satu daerah di Provinsi Jawa Timur, dengan potensi pariwisata yang menjanjikan mulai dari wisata alam, budaya, sejarah hingga kuliner, namun kunjungan dan perkembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Nganjuk masih kalah bersaing dengan daerah lain. . Jumlah wisatawan di Kabupaten Nganjuk ternyata mengalami kenaikan dan minat para wisatawan terus meningkat walaupun dengan keadaan pandemi dan covid pada tahun 2020. Dalam usaha mengembangakan sebuah wilayah pariwisata ada beberapa aspek – aspek yang harus diperhatikan seperti, transportasi, akomodasi, dan fasilitas. Salah satu aspek yang dibutuhkan di Nganjuk, terutama untuk pariwisatanya adalah akomodasi. Ketiga aspek tersebut juga menjadi aspek utama yang harus turut serta dikembangkan demi tercapainya pelayanan pariwisata di suatu daerah. Melalui pemikiran akan ketiga aspek tersebut, dikiranya sangat perlu untuk membuat sebuah akomodasi pariwisata (akomodasi tempat tinggal) yang mempunyai daya tarik ataupun keunikan tersendiri untuk menarik wisatawan baik itu wisatawan mancanegara maupun wisatawan nusantara untuk datang ke Nganjuk dan memenuhi program pembangunan Kabupaten Nganjuk dalam menjadikan kecamatan Sawahan sebagai salah satu destinasi pariwisata di Indonesia. Perancangan resort menjadi salah satu solusi bagi kebutuhan akomodasi di Nganjuk. Dan diharapkan dapat menaikkan jumlah wisatawan yang ada di sekitar Nganjuk.
