Abstract

PT INKA (PERSERO) Madiun merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang perkeretaapian. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas produknya, PT INKA terus berinovasi dan meningkatkan aspek peralatan dan kualitas. Hal ini juga meningkatkan kebutuhan sistem kelistrikan pada transportasi kereta api. Menjaga kualitas daya menjadi pertimbangan penting karena kualitas daya yang buruk dapat menyebabkan gangguan operasional, kerusakan peralatan, dan biaya tambahan yang signifikan bagi pengguna listrik. Salah satu masalah kualitas daya yang paling umum adalah distorsi harmonik. Harmonisa adalah fenomena yang disebabkan oleh beban listrik nonlinier yang bertindak sebagai sumber gelombang pada frekuensi tinggi yang merupakan kelipatan dari frekuensi fundamental. Sementara itu, Transformator Station B diketahui memiliki nilai arus THD di atas standar IEEE 519 tahun 2014. Nilai arus pada fasa R, S, dan T masing-masing sebesar 28,50%, 4.0%, dan 2,4%, kemudian nilai THD tegangan masing-masing sebesar 1,51%, 1,55% dan 1,57% dan setelah dipasangnya filter THDi menjadi 11,07%, 1,37% dan 1,09% sedangkan untuk THDv menjadi sebesar 0,87%, 0,85% dan 0,81% untuk phasa R, S dan T. Berdasarkan hasil dari simulasi dan analisis menggunakan software ETAP spesifikasi design filter pasif single tuned yang digunakan untuk mengurangi nilai total harmonik distorsi yang ada pada SDP transformator tersebut untuk nilai kapasitor sebesar 2285 µF, induktor sebesar 0,00308732 H, dan nilai resistor sebesar 0,011 ohm.
