Abstract

This research aims to analyze and prove the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Learning Organization and Transactional Leadership on Competence, Training Education (Diklat) and Employee Performance at the Department of Culture, Youth, Sports and Tourism of the City of Surabaya. In this research, the method used was a simple random sample. According to Sugiyono (2017: 82) a simple random sample (Simple Random Sampling) is a random sampling of sample members from a population without paying attention to the strata in that population. Determining the number of samples used the Slovin formula with a sample size of 60 people. The type of research carried out in this research uses explanatory research, namely research that explains the causes and consequences of existing problems with the help of SEM PLS. The research results show that from the results of this research, several things can be concluded as follows: Organizational citizenship behavior has an insignificant and positive effect on employee performance at the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism of the City of Surabaya; Learning Organization Behavior has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism of the City of Surabaya; Transactional Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism of the City of Surabaya; Organization Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on Employee Competency at the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism of the City of Surabaya; Learning Organizations have a positive and significant influence on Employee Competence at the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism of the City of Surabaya; Transactional Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Competency at the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism of the City of Surabaya; Learning Organizations have a positive and significant influence on Training Education at the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism of the City of Surabaya; Learning Organizations have an insignificant and positive effect on Training Education at the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism of the City of Surabaya; Transactional Leadership has an insignificant and positive effect on Training Education at the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports and Tourism of the City of Surabaya.
