Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception, and customer experience on customer satisfaction at Kopi Kenangan, Gresik. The background of this study is based on the increasing consumption of coffee which makes the coffee industry very competitive, so understanding the factors that influence customer satisfaction is very important. The methodology used is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the relationship between the research variables. The results of the study showed that all indicators of the variables studied were valid and reliable. The T test indicated that product quality, price perception, and customer experience had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the F test showed that the three variables simultaneously had a positive effect on customer satisfaction with a very low significance value. R² showed that 70.5% of customer satisfaction was influenced by the three variables. Based on these findings, the advice that can be given is that Kopi Kenangan needs to continue to improve product quality, set fair prices, and create a positive customer experience in order to maintain and increase customer loyalty in an increasingly competitive market. This study is expected to be a reference for Kopi Kenangan management in formulating more effective strategies in increasing customer satisfaction.
