Abstract

Flyover is a building made over a highway or railroad crossing with the aim of shortening the distance traveled. One of the flyovers in Indonesia is the ALOHA Flyover. The form of failure in flyover structures, especially steel flyovers, is fatigue failure. The latest method used to measure vehicle loads and calculate the number of vehicles is Weigh-in-Motion (WIM).By using all the datafrom the WIM.meansurement result of the Pantura Highway Gringsing, Mentosari, Gringsing Kec, Batang Regency,central Java For % Weeks with the assumption of getting the highet volume of vehicles so that from the data it is expected that there. The data is processed using Excel software and the time difference between one vehicle and another is looked for so that it becomes a motorcade load or cycle load. The cycle load will produce a voltage that will be used to calculate fatigue, so that the voltage range value for the Aloha flyover can be obtained based on the data. WIM loading so that repair efforts can be made to prevent structural failure due to fatigue. The method used to determine the fatigue life of the Aloha flyover against actual traffic loads from WIM data is using the SNI 1725-2016 method, the AASHTO MBE 2018 method, and using cumulative fatigue damage so that the calculation results of the three methods can be used as a reference to estimate how much fatigue life of the aloha flyover. Determining the fatigue life of the Aloha flyover against the actual traffic load from WIM data is after the stresses due to the load from the WIM, the fatigue calculation using the SNI 1725-2016 method is sufficient for the life of the fly over steel box girder of 75 years, namely SBG Side, SBG Mid, and Bracing mide, but the Bracing Side experiences fatigue at the age of 36 years so it needs to be replaced at the age of 36 years, the fatigue calculation uses the AASHTO MBE Method 2018 shows that the remaining fatigue life of the side bracing elements is 60 years, while for the other elements the bridge age is 75 years, namely 137 years, 86 years and 149 years. Calculating the remaining fatigue life using cumulative fatigue damage is 0.00985036 for the bracing side so that if you calculate the damage value in number 1 with a traffic growth rate of 4.8%, it is 98 years, namely 2122 or the equivalent of 1x108 cycles.
