Abstract
Implementation of construction projects is closely related to time and costs because a construction project is limited by the time and costs agreed upon in the Road Periodic Maintenance Project contract on Jl. Ir. Soekarno Section 3 Blitar City. Road Periodic Maintenance Project on Jl. Ir. Soekarno Section 3 Blitar City is planned to be completed within 120 days at a cost of Rp. 1,165,563,000.00. However, in reality on the ground, project work cannot be carried out according to plan. Road Periodic Maintenance Project on Jl. Ir. Soekarno Section 3 experienced a delay of around 8 days so that the project completion duration took longer. This research aims to overcome this delay by conducting an acceleration analysis using one of the acceleration methods, namely Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO). This method is a method of analyzing construction work by changing the duration of project completion so that the costs incurred also change. This method is used to speed up the completion of construction work with low additional costs. The conclusion after analyzing by adding 2 hours of project work time (overtime hours) was that the work time was 117 working days with a time saving of around 3 days from the normal project duration which was originally 120 days, while the work cost was around Rp. 1,342,177,724 by determining the critical path in asphalt pavement work and Porous Material Calculation work
