Abstract
The earned value concept presents three dimensions, namely the physical completion of the project which reflects the planned cost absorption, the actual costs that have been incurred or what is called actual costs and what is obtained from the costs that have been incurred or what is called earned value. The author uses the earned value analysis method (Earned Value Analysis) on the building construction project of the Public Safety Center (PSC) Development Project - Probolinggo district. The aim of the research is: (1) Analyze the Cost Performance Index (CPI) value in the Probolinggo Regency Public Safety Center (PSC) construction project to evaluate cost performance and identify potential cost controls in order to reduce budget waste. (2) Analyzing the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) value on the Probolinggo Regency Public Safety Center (PSC) construction project to evaluate schedule performance and identify mitigation steps to avoid delays in project completion. From the schedule, the implementation time plan is 22 weeks, after an evaluation was carried out using the Earned Value method up to week 15. From the data above, it can be seen that at week 15, it shows the number 9.46, meaning the project still needs 9.46 weeks to complete all the work. Meanwhile, there are only 7 weeks left, so the total project implementation time is 24.46 weeks. Project implementation costs in the 15th week with a plan of Rp. 8.015.353,89 can only be realized in the field of. Rp. 5.919.073,34 and to complete the work targets according to SPI and CPI a planned budget of Rp. 1.181.590.496,97 in the remaining 7 weeks, but if completion is achieved within 7 weeks there will be an additional fee of Rp. 2.096.280,55,-
