Abstract

general hospital in Pamekasan Regency in the process of construction work has many problems that often arise, such as errors in implementation methods, material delays, lack of human resources, and others so that they cause delays in the project, therefore there is a risk management analysis to find out what risks can occur in the project so that it has an impact on the achievement of project goals. This study uses a survey method with a data analysis process using the Severity Index method to obtain the value of each risk, and the Probability and impact multiplication method to obtain the risk level of each risk this risk management analysis obtained 25 identified risks. Risk assessment of 25 risks resulted in 8 risks that have a high level of risk, namely: 1). Errors in implementation methods, 2). Difficulties in installing stross foundations, 3). Delays in work on critical paths, 4). Late ordering of materials, 5). Shortage of manpower, 6). Workers do not comply with the provisions of k3, 7). Laborers who have difficulty working together in a teamwork, and 8). The influence of the rainy season and bad weather. The estimated cost for mitigation of 8 risks with a high level of risk in the construction project of the Dr. H. Slamet Martodirdto Regional General Hospital building in Pamekasan Regency is Rp.290,450,000.
