Abstract
Road damage is a common issue caused by poor construction quality, excessive vehicle loads, and extreme weather conditions. The Bts. Kota Lumajang - Bts. Kab. Jember road has experienced damage at several points, primarily due to vehicles with loads exceeding the road's capacity. This study aims to analyze the road conditions, repair costs, and its economic feasibility. The research method involves field surveys to collect primary and secondary data. The analysis includes identifying road conditions and calculating repair costs using the overlay method. The results show that 1.66 km of the road is in good condition, 1.3 km is in fair condition, 7.2 km has minor damage, and 4 km has severe damage. The total repair cost amounts to IDR 227,301,086,503, and the economic feasibility analysis indicates a Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) of 12.53, suggesting that the project is economically viable.
