Abstract
KH. Ahmad Dahlan Pohjentrek Road section in Pasuruan City serves as an inter-district connecting road as well as a regional connectivity route. The road improvement is expected to enhance public accessibility and support regional connectivity around Pasuruan City. This study aims to determine the remaining design life of the road pavement due to traffic growth and the required repair costs. The method used in this planning is the Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan (MDPJ 2024) Method. The LHR data calculation results show a CESA5 value of 26,047,040 for a 10-year service life, falling into the >15–30 million category. Based on Design Chart 3A, the designed pavement structure includes the following thicknesses: AC WC 40 mm, AC BC 60 mm, AC Base 80 mm, Aggregate Base Course Class A 200 mm, and Aggregate Base Course Class B 150 mm. The total cost for widening and repairs (overlay) is estimated at Rp 8,247,938,932.56.
