Abstract

The Waru - Buduran Frontage Road (Ljt) Road and Bridge Construction Work Project in Sidoarjo is experiencing delays. The research was carried out when the project was running until the 14th week of the total plan of 21 weeks or 147 days. At the time the research was conducted, namely in the 14th week, there was a deviation in progress of -9.911% with the realization of cumulative progress of 35.352% from the planned progress of 45.263% or there was a delay. The method used in this research is Earned Value Analysis. There are three main indicators of this Earned Value Analysis, namely ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performed), BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performed), and BCWS (Budgeted Cost of Work Schedule). In calculating project performance progress with Earned Value, there are basically 2 main things that can be done with Earned Value Analysis: 1. Project Performance, namely an assessment of project performance to date, which can be calculated using Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Variance (CV) , Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI); 2. Estimates when the project is completed/Forecasting can be calculated using Estimate At Complication (EAC), Estimate To Complete (ETC) and Variance At Complication (VAC). The results of the analysis of the estimated project completion time were 157.5 days compared to the planned project completion time of 147 days, so the project experienced a delay of 10.5 days. The results of the analysis of the estimated project completion costs of Rp. 31,785,508,613.41 while the planned project cost is Rp. 33,032,306,567.47 there was an efficiency of Rp. 1,246,797,954.06(3.8%)
