Abstract

Land transportation infrastructure, such as roads and bridges, plays a crucial role as a link between regions that supports the economic, social, and cultural growth of an area. Due to the limited budget for road management in Pacitan Regency, it is necessary to determine priorities to ensure that road handling is carried out more efficiently and effectively. This study aims to calculate the weight of criteria using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method based on expert opinions, as well as to determine the priority order for road handling in Pacitan Regency by utilizing the Provincial/Kabupaten Road Management System (PKRMS) application, the AHP method, and a combination of both methods. The methodology used in this research involves the PKRMS version 1.4.5 application and AHP with six criteria: road conditions, traffic volume, road connectivity, area development, economic and agricultural area linkage, and public service facility connectivity. The study focuses on five road segments in Pacitan Regency. The results of the study show that based on the AHP method, the road connectivity criterion has the highest weight of 35%, followed by public service facility connectivity (22%), road conditions (14%), economic and agricultural area linkage (13%), area development (12%), and traffic volume (4%). Based on the analysis conducted using the three methods, the priority order for road handling is as follows: Wareng - Mukus (Bts. Prov. Jateng) (1,1,1), Bts. Kab. Ponorogo - Bts. Kota Pacitan (2,3,3), Arjosari - Purwantoro (Bts. Prov. Jateng) (3,2,2), Jln. Tentara Pelajar (4,5,4), and Jln. Basuki Racmad (5,4,5).
