Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap Organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) di PT X Surabaya. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linier berganda, ditemukan bahwa stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki hubungan positif terhadap OCB. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja, semakin tinggi pula perilaku OCB karyawan, dan sebaliknya. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,005) menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB, mendukung hipotesis bahwa stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja dapat menjadi prediktor perilaku OCB. Penelitian ini juga mencatat bahwa kategori OCB karyawan cenderung meningkat sejalan dengan kategori stres kerja yang tinggi dan lingkungan kerja yang sedang. Namun, hubungan antara OCB dan lingkungan kerja tidak menunjukkan hasil yang sangat kuat, diduga akibat faktor lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini. Faktor-faktor risiko seperti lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, dukungan sosial, dan beban kerja yang sesuai turut memengaruhi perilaku OCB, sebagaimana dijelaskan oleh penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung temuan-temuan terdahulu, yang menyatakan bahwa stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi OCB, dengan implikasi praktis untuk pengelolaan karyawan di lingkungan kerja.
