Abstract

Quarter life crisis adalah kondisi psikologis yang sering dialami individu pada tahap emerging adulthood (18–30 tahun) dan ditandai oleh kecemasan, kebingungan, serta tekanan emosional dalam menghadapi transisi menuju kedewasaan. Permasalahan ini sering kali dipicu oleh tuntutan sosial untuk mencapai kemandirian finansial, membangun karier, serta menjalin hubungan interpersonal yang bermakna. Salah satu faktor yang diyakini dapat memengaruhi intensitas quarter life crisis adalah dukungan keluarga, yang mencakup dukungan emosional, finansial, dan praktis. Namun, penelitian terkait hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dan quarter life crisis masih terbatas, terutama dalam konteks budaya Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan quarter life crisis pada individu emerging adulthood. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional, melibatkan 204 responden berusia 22-26 tahun yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan quarter life crisis (r = 0.663, p < 0.05), yang berarti semakin tinggi dukungan keluarga, semakin tinggi quarter life crisis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi upaya intervensi psikososial, khususnya dalam meningkatkan peran keluarga sebagai faktor pelindung terhadap dampak negatif quarter life crisis, sehingga dapat mendukung kesejahteraan individu dalam tahap emerging adulthood.
