Abstract

Perkembangan dibidang kontruksi semakin maju. Salah satunya adalah teknologi beton. Teknologi beton memiliki potensi yang besar dalam bidang kontruksi. Dalam pengujian ini digunakan bahan pengganti berupa abu serbuk kayu pada campuran beton alir. Adapun kandungann dari abu kayu adalah kadar selulosa,hemilulosa dan lignin, kandungan ini mempunyai pengaruh berupa sifat perekat dan dispersinya akan meningkatkan kekuatan ikatan antar partikel. Penelitian ini menggunakan variasi komposisi ASK sebesar 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, dan 20% sebagai substitusi sebagian semen dalam campuran beton alir. Variasi ini dipilih untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh persentase ASK terhadap nilai kuat tekan beton, nilai slump, berat isi beton alir dan resapan beton alir. Proses mix design beton alir ini melibatkan tahap perencanaan bahan yang ingin digunakan dalam proses pembentukan beton alir. Meliputi antara bahan penyusun beton alir seperti semen, agregat kasar. Agregat halus, dan superplasticizer. Langkah ini penting karena menciptakan campuran beton yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan kontruksi dan penelitian yang diinginkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari dan mengetahui pengaruh abu serbuk kayu (ASK) dalam campuran beton alir terhadap kuat tekan beton alir, sifat slump, berat isi beton dan resapan air beton alir. Hasil slump terbesar pada campuran beton ASK 0% yaitu 60,33cm, nilai terbesar berat isi beton basah pada campuran 15% dengan nilai 2391,43 kg/m3, pengujian nilai resapan terkecil ialah pada ASK 15% yaitu 4,96%, kuat tekan maksimum beton 28 hari pada ASK 15% yaitu 21,63 Mpa.
