Abstract

Jalan Margomulyo di Kecamatan Asemrowo, Surabaya Barat merupakan jalur utama kendaraan berat yang menghubungkan kawasan industri dan pelabuhan. Padatnya lalu lintas kendaraan seperti trailer dan truk logistik menyebabkan kerusakan perkerasan jalan seperti retak, lubang dan deformasi sehingga menurunkan kualitas jalan, mengurangi kenyamanan dan meningkatkan risiko kecelakaan. Metode Pavement Condition Index (PCI) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi jalan secara objektif melalui identifikasi jenis dan tingkat kerusakan, menghasilkan indeks yang mencerminkan kualitas jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kondisi Jalan Margomulyo, menentukan prioritas perbaikan, dan merekomendasikan langkah perawatan yang tepat. Penilaian ini diharapkan membantu pemerintah dan instansi terkait dalam menetapkan prioritas pemeliharaan dan alokasi anggaran secara efektif untuk mendukung transportasi dan ekonomi yang lebih lancar dan efisien. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan visual dan perhitungan diketahui jenis-jenis kerusakan berdasarkan persentase luas kerusakan yaitu Pelepasan Butiran (46,94%), Alur (26,35%), Retak Kulit Buaya (11,68%), Keriting (5,17%), Retak Memanjang dan Melintang (3,36%), Retak Blok (3,20%), Amblas (1,30%), Lubang (1,07%), Tambalan (0,66%), Kegemukan Aspal (0,24%), dan Retak Tepi (0,04%). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dengan Metode PCI, nilai indeks kondisi perkerasan jalan pada Jalan Margomulyo adalah 56,64 (Baik). Berdasarkan nilai indeks kondisi perkerasan 56,64, maka pada ruas Jalan Margomulyo memerlukan Pemeliharaan Berkala Jalan dengan jenis penanganan kerusakan jalan yaitu P2 (Pengaspalan) pada 23 unit sampel, P6 (Perataan) pada 7 unit sampel, P4 (Pengisian Retak) pada 1 unit sampel dan P5 (Penambalan Lubang) pada 1 unit sampel.
