Abstract

This research was conducted at UKM Bintang Anugrah, this industry is engaged in the field of snack products, namely cassava crackers, this industry was established in 2004 and was developed by Mrs. Arik (Arik Agustina) as the Owner, UKM Bintang Anugrah spends 150kg to 250kg of cassava and is able to produce up to 600 packs per day with 250gr packaging and 350 packs for 500gr packaging. The process of stopping the termination with the traditional printing method, using a flower-shaped cake mold manually one by one. This technique is not only less efficient, but also takes longer and produces less than optimal output and takes up to 5 hours of work. The purpose of this study is to design a cassava cracker printing tool using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method to identify the needs and desires of workers so that it can facilitate the production of cassava cracker printing efficiently and shorten the time of the cracker taking process. The value of the Cost of Goods Sold (HPP) after designing the tool is Rp. 15,531 / kg, if the HPP per 250 gram package is Rp. 3,883 so the selling price is Rp. 7,500 so that it has a profit of Rp. 3,617 per 250 gram package, while the HPP per 500 gram package is Rp. 7,766 so the selling price is Rp. 14,000 so that it has a profit of Rp. 6,234 per 500 gram package. In a day, you get a profit of Rp. 3,951,805.
