Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara self compassion dan dukungan sosial dengan quarter life crisis pada Generasi Z yang merupakan pengguna aktif media sosial. Quarter life crisis merupakan fenomena yang sering dialami individu pada tahap emerging adulthood, ditandai dengan kebimbangan, kecemasan, serta tekanan yang timbul akibat berbagai tantangan kehidupan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional, melibatkan 183 partisipan berusia 20-27 tahun yang aktif menggunakan media sosial. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis skala likert yang mencakup tiga variabel utama: self compassion, dukungan sosial, dan quarter life crisis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa self compassion dan dukungan sosial memiliki hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan quarter life crisis dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (P<0,05). Tingginya tingkat self compassion berkontribusi sebesar 26,1% terhadap penurunan quarter life crisis, sedangkan dukungan sosial berkontribusi sebesar 19,8%. Secara simultan, kedua variabel ini berperan sebesar 46% dalam mempengaruhi tingkat quarter life crisis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa self compassion membantu individu untuk menerima kesulitan secara lebih baik, sementara dukungan sosial memberikan kenyamanan emosional dan membantu mengurangi tekanan psikologis.
