Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi yang semakin canggih seperti halnya media social. Salah satu media social yang sedang mengalami kenaikan secara signifikan dari followers dan peminatnya yaitu tik tok. Tik tok dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan individu maupun hal yang dapat memperkenalan diseluruh masyarakat dengan sebuta personal branding. Salah satu conten creator yang telah dimanfaatkan kehadira media social tik tok untuk kegiatan personal branding yaitu oada akun @Hrdbacot. Akun @Hrdbcaot dikenal sebagai pembuatan conten atau isi unggahan video terkait bagaimanaa cara interview yang baik dan benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan personal branding yag dilakukan akun @Hrdbacot melalui media social Tik Tok.. Metode penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Analisi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan teori personal branding Petter Motoya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Data pada penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles, Huberman dan Saldhana yaitu antara lain pengumpulan data,penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Peneliti menggunakan perpanjangan pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, triagulasi, diskusi dengan teman sejawat, analisis negative dan memberheck. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa personal branding akun @Hrdbacot, dirinya lebih mengedepankan bagaimana terlihat sebagai education conten creator dibidang karier terutama intervieyang baik dan benar dengan Hrd. Sesuai dengan teori Petter Motoya, selalui memberikan solusi kepada followers bagaimana cara menjawab interview terkai salary, pengajuan resign dll. Pada akun @Hrdbacot konsisten menggungah konten di media social Tik Tok relevan dengan jobdesk atau pekerjaan admin si paling Hrd.akun Tik Tok @Hrdbacot dalam mengungah unggahanvideo selalu membawa pengaruh positif bagi viewrs.
