Abstract

The government is the most important public service provider in the administration of government because the government has a very broad scope of services that cover all aspects of community life. The basic function of the government in carrying out its duties is to provide services that aim to meet the needs and welfare of the community. Therefore, the main task of the government is to provide public services. Understanding the elements that affect the quality of village government licensing services is very important to immediately meet the demands of the community and improve their quality of life. However, there are often obstacles in the implementation of village government services, such as slow processes, complicated bureaucracy, and lack of transparency. Villages, like other state institutions, must have service standards. Public services can be focused on customers by providing services that meet and satisfy the community or customers. As part of the government, the village government is not free from the idea that regional apparatus services need to continue to improve their knowledge and abilities in order to be able to answer the increasingly complex demands of society.
