Abstract

Film dokumenter, "Dirty Vote" memicu diskusi yang mendalam tentang pentingnya transparansi dalam sistem politik. Dengan memperlihatkan kekuatan dan kelemahan genre ini, film ini menjadi cermin bagi masyarakat untuk mempertanyakan kekuasaan yang dipegang oleh mereka yang diberi mandat untuk mewakili kepentingan rakyat. Penyalahgunaan kekuasaan yang terlihat nyata demi memenangkan pemilu yang justru merusak tatanan demokrasi. Termasuk sorotan pada kekuatan besar di balik pasangan calon Prabowo Subianto dan Gibran Rakabuming yang disebut-sebut paling banyak melakukan kecurangan. Pendekatan penelitian yang di gunakan oleh penelitian ini Film Dokumenter “Dirty Vote” adalah kualitatif dan penyajiannya bersifat deskriptif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis, framing model Gamson dan Modigliani. Analisa Framing Kecurangan Pemilu dalam Film Dokumenter *Dirty Vote* Film dokumenter *Dirty Vote* membahas kecurangan dalam pemilu, terutama fenomena suara kotor, dengan tujuan mengungkap dan menganalisis bagaimana hal tersebut terjadi serta dampaknya terhadap demokrasi. Melalui analisis framing, kita dapat mengidentifikasi cara film ini membentuk persepsi penonton tentang penyebab kecurangan, penilaian moral terhadap dirty vote, solusi yang diusulkan, dan cara bagaimana fenomena ini dipersepsikan sebagai kecurangan terorganisir atau masalah sistemik.Film dokumenter “Dirty Vote” menggambarkan kecurangan yang terjadi hingga sangat besar dalam pemilihan umum (pemilu) 2024 di Indonesia. Melalui 3 pakar ahli tata hukum negara inilah, film ini menampilkan berbagai cara untuk memanipulasi yang diduga terjadi. Kecurangan ini disajikan bertahap melalui tindakan yang tidak etis pada pejabat-pejabat publik, dana pemerintahan yang digunakan untuk memihak pada suatu pasangan calon tertentu, lembaga penyelenggaraan seperti KPU dan BAWASLU yang kurang berkompeten dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya sebagai penyelenggara, serta keterlibatan Mahkamah Konstitusi sebagai penutup atau “master plan” dalam rencana kecurangan pemilu 2024 ini.
