Abstract

This study discusses the issue of inheritance law for children who (transsexual) in the perspective of the Civil Code and Islamic law. Civil Code (KUH Perdata) and Islamic law. The transsexual phenomenon is a complex issue issue, both socially, religiously, and legally, because it involves changes in gender gender identity that has implications for legal status and inheritance rights. This research aims to analyze how inheritance law in Indonesia, both in the Civil Code and Islamic law, accommodate the rights of transsexuals as heirs.The method used is normative juridical with a statutory and conceptual approach. legislative and conceptual approaches.
