Abstract

Kinerja karyawan yang baik sangat diperlukan guna menghasilkan kualitas SDM yang baik dalam perusahaan. Untuk lebih meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 4 Surabaya memperhatikan kesejahteraan karyawan, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memuaskan, dan menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang mendukung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee well being, kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 60 karyawan. Uji instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah u ji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t/parsial dan uji F/simultan serta koefisien determinasi (R2). Data diuji dan dianalisis melalui Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa employee well-being berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,586 artinya bahwa 58,6% Kinerja Karyawan di PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Regional 4 Surabaya dipengaruhi oleh faktor employee well being, kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional. Sedangkan sisanya 41,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dipengaruhi variabel ini.
