Abstract

UMKM mie ayam Pak Pon merupakan salah satu Usaha menjual mie ayam yang terletak di surabaya. UMKM ini merupakan usaha yang beroperasi dalam hal menjual mie ayam. Mie yang dijual hanya satu jenis adalah mie biasa. UMKM ini mampu menjual hingga 200 kg per bulannya yang dimana mie pada umkm tersebut masih beli pada supplyer. Jadi tidak ada satupun proses di UMKM ini yang menggunakan mesin untuk membuat mie sehingga terjadi peningkatan HPP sebesar Rp4000. Dengan terjadinya hal tersebut pengkaji memiliki ide atau gagasan membuat alat yang dapat membantu proses produksi yang dilakukan pada umkm tersebut. Dengan adanya alat yang diciptakan oleh pengkaji, diharapkan UMKM dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar dan meningkatkan pendapatan penjualannya. Sehingga dengan adanya peningkatan peningkatan penjualan tersebut, penghasilan yang diterima oleh UMKM tersebut dapat meningkat. Disamping dari peningkatan profit Penghasilan, alat ini juga diuji untuk tingkat kelayakan dan tingkat keergonomisan. Dengan tes yang dilakukan penguji maka penguji menggunakan metode analisis biaya, analisis produktifitas, NPV, dan antropometri maka dapat dilakukan analisis secara dalam dan mendetail mengenai hal tersebut.
