Abstract

Bank Jatim Pusat, as a leading unit of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (Bank Jatim), has an important role in the regional economy and is located on Jl. Basuki Rakhmad 98-104, District. Surabaya roof tiles. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk was established with the name PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Djawa Timur based on notarial deed Anwar Mahajudin No. 91 dated 17 August 1961. In accordance with Law Number 13 of 1962 concerning Basic Provisions for Regional Development Banks, the Regional Government of City I East Java issued City Regional Regulation Number 2 of 1976. This research aims to analyze the influence of education level, work experience and job satisfaction on the performance of Central Jatim Bank employees. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample with a total sample of 45 Respondents employees who worked in the corporate secretary section. This research uses quantitative research methods which are collected using questionnsires and the analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests and multiple linear regression tests with SPSS 27. The data collected was analyzed using multiple regression analysis to determine the relationship between the independent variables (level of education, work experience and job satisfaction) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The research results show that education level, work experience, and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee performance. The research results show that there is a significant influence of variables such as: level of education, work experience and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bank Jatim Pusat Surabaya. From the R2 test, the value of the Adjusted R Square is 0.330 or 33.0%, which means the influence of Education (X1) Work Experience (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) on employee performance (Y) for Bank Jatim Pusat Surabaya employees. Meanwhile, the remaining 0.67 or 67.0% was influenced by other variables not studied. Then, from the F test, the Ftable value was 8.237 > 2.833 Fcount with a significance value of 0.000. Education (X1) Work Experience (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) for Bank Jatim Pusat Surabaya employees.
