Abstract

PT Geo Given Visi Mandiri Sidoarjo is a company engaged in the field of outsourcing. PT Geo Given Visi Mandiri was established in May 2010, with the vision of becoming the Most Updated Solution Agency providing integrated services. To date, PT Geo Given Visi Mandiri has nine branch subsidiaries including Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Solo, Surabaya/Waru, Malang, Jember, and Bali. The headquarters is located in Sidoarjo. The population used in this study includes all employees of PT Geo Given Visi Mandiri Sidoarjo, totaling 59 employees. The sampling method used is saturated sampling. The approach used in this study is quantitative. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The instrument tests used are validity tests and reliability tests. For data analysis, multiple linear regression analysis is used. The results of the F-test hypothesis show that organizational culture, internal communication, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the F-count value of 641.654 > F-table 2.77. For the t-test hypothesis results, the organizational culture variable partially has a significant influence on employee performance, with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-count value of 31.078 > 1.674. Internal communication partially has a significant influence on employee performance with a value of 0.014 < 0.05 and a t-count of -2.552 > t-table 1.674. Meanwhile, work discipline partially influences employee performance with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-count value of 7.456 > 1.674.
