Abstract

Labuan Bajo is one of the Super Priority Tourism Areas (DPSP) which has a number of tourist attractions that attract tourists with a number of tourist attractions such as Komodo National Park, Padar Island and Pink Beach which is quite famous among tourists. So economic development in Labuan Bajo, especially MSMEs, has also experienced an increase which has an impact on regional economic growth. MSMEs are a fairly large contributor to regional income. Even so, there are still many businesses that have not been able to maximize the potential of this opportunity because they have several obstacles. Among these obstacles, the problem is the lack of education about financial literacy, digital literacy and financial inclusion, especially in micro businesses around Labuan Bajo, which causes many businesses to not be able to develop. The aim of this research is to find out, analyze and provide broader insight into the influence of financial literacy, digital literacy and financial inclusion on improving the performance of MSMEs. So that MSMEs and related parties can carry out evaluations to further increase the productivity of MSMEs in Labuan Bajo. The respondents used in this research were individuals who own and run MSMEs in Labuan Bajo, with the number of respondents reaching 100 people. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, and classic assumption tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. In general, the data used has passed the classical assumption test. The data obtained has been tested as valid and reliable, as well as normal and there is no multicollinearity or heteroscedasticity. After carrying out the t test, there was an obstacle, which stated that financial literacy did not have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. This can occur due to several factors beyond the researchers' estimates. However, after carrying out simultaneous tests, it was stated that financial literacy, digital literacy and financial inclusion had a simultaneous effect on the performance of MSMEs. So it can be concluded that Financial Literacy (X1), Digital Literacy (X2), and Financial Inclusion (X3) influence MSME Performance (Y).
