Abstract
Research conducted by campus academics produces various outcomes, one of which is scientific journals. The quality of the published journals is also an important factor in scientific publications. PT. UMDI as a company engaged in various fields, one of which is consulting services in publishing scientific publications. However, so far the data management process is still done manually. The purpose of this research is to develop a management information system for journal management. This will increase the effectiveness of journal management and can also minimize the time and effort required to collect data. This research was carried out using an agile methodology with a scrum approach and was designed using the Laravel framework for the back end. While the front end is designed using the Vue framework. So that the information system developed is a Single Page Application (SPA). The results of this study indicate that the journal management information system can run well. This is evidenced by the blackbox test with no error results and the SUS test which gets a score of 84 and is on the Grade B scale.
