Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerimaan, pendapatan, dan kelayakan usaha peternakan ayam petelur di Kecamatan Mantup Kabupaten Lamongan, pada penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 6 informan peternak ayam petelur di Kecamatan Mantup Kabupaten Lamongan. Jenis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah biaya total, penerimaan, pendapatan, dan kelayakan usaha. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah rata rata biaya total dari 6 informan sebesar Rp 298.545.667/Periode Produksi. Rata rata penerimaan yang diperoleh Rp 557.468.000/periode produksi. Dan rata rata pendapatan yang dipeoleh sebesar Rp 258.922.333/periode produksi. Hasil perhitungan dari 3 parameter kelayakan usaha pada 6 informan peternak ayam petelur di Kecamatan Mantup Kabupaten Lamongan, dapat diketahui rata rata nilai RC ratio sebesar 1,85, Rata rata BC ratio sebesar 0,85, dan rata rata nilai ROI sebesar 72,91%. Maka hasil perhitungan usaha peternakan ayam petelur di Kecamatan Mantup Kabupaten Lamongan layak untuk dijalankan dan dikembangkan.
