Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas konseling kelompok dalam mengurangi perilaku self harm pada remaja SMP “X” di Krian, serta mengidentifikasi perbedaan tingkat self harm antara tipe kepribadian introvert dan ekstrovert setelah intervensi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen one group pretest-posttest. Sampel terdiri dari 8 subjek, yang terdiri dari 4 subjek dengan tipe kepribadian introvert dan 4 subjek dengan tipe kepribadian ekstrovert. Semua subjek ditempatkan dalam satu kelompok eksperimen tanpa adanya kelompok pembanding. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria remaja yang memiliki skor self harm dalam kategori sedang, demi keselamatan subjek untuk kedepannya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan skala Self Harm Inventory (SHI) versi Indonesia. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini melibatkan Uji Paired Sample T-Test dan Mann-Whitney U Test. Hasil Uji Paired Sample T-Test menunjukkan adanya penurunan signifikan dalam perilaku self harm setelah intervensi (p < 0,05), dengan rata-rata skor pretest sebesar 34,38 dan posttest sebesar 21,13. Uji Mann-Whitney U Test mengungkapkan perbedaan signifikan antara subjek introvert dan ekstrovert dalam merespons intervensi (p < 0,05), dengan penurunan self harm lebih besar pada subjek Introvert. Temuan ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa konseling kelompok efektif dalam mengurangi perilaku self harm dan bahwa efektivitas intervensi bervariasi berdasarkan tipe kepribadian.
