Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha ikan hias di Sentra Ikan Hias Gunung Sari, Kecamatan Wonokromo, Kota Surabaya ditinjau dari aspek finansial. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu: Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi. Data yang telah diperoleh akan diolah dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu: pengkoreksian (Editing), tabulasi (Tabulating), Analisis data (Analyzing). Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan metode biaya total, penerimaan, keuntungan, dan kelayakan usaha. Kelayakan usaha dapat diketahui dengan menggunakan 3 parameter yaitu: R/C ratio, B/C ratio dan ROI. Penelitian ini mengikutsertakan 6 informan yang merupakan pemilik usaha ikan hias di Sentra Ikan Hias Gunung Sari, Kecamatan Wonokromo, Kota Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata biaya total dari ke-6 informan sebesar Rp11.058.187/bulan, penerimaan dengan rata-rata sebesar Rp13.724.583/bulan dan keuntungan rata-rata sebesar Rp2.666.396/bulan. Perhitungan kelayakan usaha dengan menggunakan R/C ratio perolehan rata-rata senilai 1,249 dimana R/C ratio > 1, perolehan rata-rata B/C senilai 0,249 dimana B/C ratio > 0, perhitungan ROI dengan rata-rata senilai 9,14% dimana ROI > 0%. Hasil perhitungan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa usaha ikan hias di Sentra Ikan Hias Gunung Sari, Kecamatan Wonokromo, Kota Surabaya layak untuk dijalankan dan dikembangkan.
