Abstract

This research aims to prove and analyze the influence of person organization fit and digital task interdependence on employee turnover intention of PT Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur in Mojokerto. By optimizing these two variables, it is hoped that employee turnover intention can be reduced at PT Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur Mojokerto. This type of research is quantitative data. All employees in this population amounted to 38 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, and coefficient of determination. The hypothesis test used is multiple linear regression in the form of the F test and t test. The conclusions in this research show that person organization fit partially has a significant effect on employee turnover intention. Even digital task interdependence is able to moderate person organization fit on employee turnover intention. Suggestions related to this research are that person organization fit and digital task interdependence are still a concern in this company.
