Abstract

Pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi material adalah komponen utama yang sangat berpengaruh untuk menentukan biaya suatu proyek. Sisa material (waste) adalah salah satu permasalahan serius yang bisa terjadi pada pekerjaan konstruksi bangunan. Pada proyek Pembangunan Saluran U-Ditch 150/150 dengan Cover Gandar 15 Ton merupakan proyek pembangunan saluran yang terletak di Jl. Jawa Kota Surabaya dengan panjang pekerjaan ±344 Meter. Analisa dengan metode metode lean construction ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui material yang memiliki potensi menimbulkan waste dan mengetahui berapa kerugian yang disebabkan dikarenakan waste material. Analisa data dilakukan menggunakan beberapa cara dan metode, yaitu diantaranya Trading Consumable Material, Menghitung material terpasang, Analisa Waste Level, Analisa Waste Cost, Analisa Pareto. Dari hasil perhitungan dan analisa item pekerjaan yang ada pada proyek dan berpotensi menimbulkan waste adalah Pekerjaan Besi Wiremesh M8-150 dengan waste level 1,103 % dan waste cost Rp.2.064.071,19. Pekerjaan Cor Beton Fc 30 Mpa dengan waste level 1,550 % dan waste cost Rp.2.595.157,02. Lapisan AC Tb.4cm (Manual) dengan waste level 0,971 % dan waste cost Rp.1.313.864,15. Cor Setempat Beton Bertulang Fc 30 Mpa Dengan Besi 173,6 Kg/m3 dengan waste level 1,735 % dan waste cost Rp.635.864,15. Agregat Lapis Pondasi Atas (LPA) Kelas A dengan waste level 2,768 % dan waste cost Rp.343.951,53. Pengangkutan Tanah Keluar proyek. dengan waste level 1,733 % dan waste cost Rp.1.463.150,00. Penggalian Tanah dengan Alat Berat dengan waste level 1,665 % dan waste cost Rp.1.187.450,00. Pengurugan Sirtu (Padat) dengan waste level 1,483 % dan waste cost Rp.618.308,00. Pemasangan Terucuk Bambu dia. 8-12 cm (P.1,5m) dengan waste level 5,143 % dan waste cost Rp.618.308,00. Dengan total waste cost sebesar Rp.11.352.870,56 dari total 9 pekerjaan yang diteliti.
