Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh quality of work life, keadilan interaksional terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh karyawan Hotel Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo, dengan teknik sampel jenuh berjumlah 41 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert lima gradasi dengan analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan software SmartPLS versi 3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji hipotesis menyatakan bahwa: 1) Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo, 2) Keadilan Interaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo, 3) Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada karyawan Hotel Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo, 4) Keadilan Interaksional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada karyawan Hotel Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo, 5) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo, 6) Kepuasan Kerja tidak dapat memediasi hubungan Quality of Work Life terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo dengan efek mediasi Direct-only (no mediation), 7) Kepuasan Kerja dapat memediasi atau terdapat pengaruh antara hubungan Keadilan Interaksional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Hotel Neo+ Waru Sidoarjo dengan efek mediasi Complementary (partial mediation).
