Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between Work-Life Balance and Burnout in PT X employees. In the analysis, Work-Life Balance is used as an independent variable while Burnout is used as a dependent variable. The research method used is quantitative correlational. The sampling technique applied was a saturated sample using all PT X employees totaling 52 employees. This research uses two instruments, namely the Work-Life Balance and Burnout scales. Data were analyzed using the Spearman rank correlation test with the help of SPSS version 25 for Windows software. The analysis results show a correlation coefficient of -0.697, which indicates a negative relationship between Work-Life Balance and Burnout at a significance level of 0.000 (p=<0.05). Therefore, the higher the employee's Work-Life Balance, the lower the Burnout the employee will experience, and vice versa.
