Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh etos kerja, resilience, danjob crafting terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Adyawinsa Telecommunication & Electrical. Penelitian ini mengadopsi filsafat positivisme dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan fokus pada pengumpulan data dari sampel sebanyak 66 responden menggunakan instrumen penelitian. Analisis datadilakukan secara kuantitatif atau statistik untuk menggambarkan dan menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. PT. Adyawinsa Telecommunication & Electrical menghadapi sejumlah tantangan yang mungkin berdampak pada kinerja karyawansecara menyeluruh. Salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah dinamika yang cepat dalam industri telekomunikasi dan kelistrikan yang terus berubah. Perusahaan ini harus beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi dan tuntutan pasar yang dinamis, yang dapat menimbulkan tekanan tambahan bagi karyawan untuk tetap relevan dan kompetitif. Namun, selain tantangan eksternal, perusahaan juga menghadapi fenomena internal terkait dengan rendahnya etos kerja dan resiliensi di antara sebagian karyawan. Sebagian karyawan terlihat kurang memiliki motivasi, responsif, dan cenderung menunjukkan sikap menyerah saat menghadapi situasi yangmenantang atau penuh tekanan dalammenjalankan tugas mereka. Hasil uji determinasi R2 dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinanyang diperoleh angka R2 Sebesar 851 atau ( 85,1 %). Hal ini menunjukanbahwa pengaruh variabel independent yang terdiri dari Etos Kerja, Resilience dan Job Crafting dapat menjelaskan variabel dependen nya yaitu kinerja karyawan yang sebesar 85,1 %. Sedangkan sisanya dijelaskanoleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian. Kemudian Uji Parsial variabel Etos Kerja sebesar 3.259 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 002 < 0,05. Hal ini menyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Sementara nilai t untuk variabel Resilience sebesar 353 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar .000 < 0,05. Hal ini menyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kemudian nilai t untuk variabel Job Crafting sebesar 5.732 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar .000 < 0,05. Hal ini menyatakan bahwaHo ditolak dan H1 diterima.
