Abstract

Smart Mobility is a technology system that integrates the physical and digital world, which is used to meet the needs of the community, especially to improve the performance of a sustainable mobility system, in order to reduce the need for mobilization and reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions. There are 3 main variables in smart mobility, namely Accessibility, Availability of Information Technology and Integration. The concept of smart mobility is basically the use of information technology to answer problems in public transportation such as congestion, pollution, connectivity, and security. In the report og "Asian Development Outlook 2020--Update" it was revealed that the city with the most traffic jams among the 48 ADB member countries. The city of Surabaya is recorded at number 20 in the table of cities with a population of more than 2 million people (Based on the results of the 2020 population census by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) The congestion rate in Surabaya is 16 percent. Meanwhile, the length of time for drivers in traffic jams reaches 37 hours a year. With the condition of the city of Surabaya, which is a densely populated area, public transportation is needed to minimize traffic jams and accidents. In general, the application of smart mobility is very good for the development and progress of a region. Besides being able to integrate the community into various forms of public services. In this case , transportation and supporting infrastructure. The application of smart mobility is also a manifestation of the realization of a smart city which will later lead to the realization of a civil society for the region concerned. Alternative solutions in solving traffic problems, especially in big cities which often experience congestion and pollution. The method used for the process of making this application is the RAD (Rapid Application Development) design method, which is an object-oriented approach to system development that includes a development method and software tools. This method is to design, build and maintain information and system processes.
