Abstract

This study aims to determine Quality Control with Statistical Quality Control (SQC) methods that can improve and prevent the occurrence of defective products and also to identify factors that cause product quality failure and types of damage. This research was conducted at CV. Prima Cipta Pratama (PCP) at Jalan Cendrawasih No. 73, Pandewatan, Punggul, Kec. Gedangan, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java 61254. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The type of research is a case study, using primary data sources. Primary data sources used using observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. In this study the object studied was CV. Prima Cipta Pratama (PCP) with a sample of 22 days. The analysis tool uses the SQC method, namely by using a check sheet, p control map, and cause-and-effect diagram (fishbone). The results showed that product defects that occur are still within control limits or reasonable. The results of the Control Chart analysis as many as 431 pcs were defective. And the CL (Control Limit) of product damage is 0.145 and for the control limit, namely the UCL (Upper Control Limit) limit of 0.223 and the LCL (Lower Control Limit) limit of 0.734. And damage factor in paving production are laboris less focuse dandless thorough, the mixing raw material method less flat, and equipment setting is less according.
