Abstract

Dalam dunia industri modern saat ini dibutuhkan peralatann yang dapat bekerja secara otomatis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi. Kelebihan utama otomatisasi industri adalah mengurangi keterlibatan tenaga kerja dan kesalahan human error. Penggunaan sistem pengisian otomatis pada Tower Air yang dikkendalikan dengan Programmable Logic Control (PLC). Dalam pengontrolan ini PLC Omron CP1E berperan sebagai otaku utama mengontrol sistem sensor Water Level Control (WLC) untuk mengontrol level air dan VFD untuk mengatur kecepatan motor pompa dan Flow air saat pengisian air. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem pengendalian Volume/level air berdasar kebutuhan menggunakan PLC, sehingga mampu secara otomatis menjaga level air.
