Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of competency, workload and work-life balance on the performance of employees at Bess Mansion Hotel Surabaya, a hotel services company that focuses on the accommodation sector. This research sample involved 68 employees from all Bess Mansion Hotel Surabaya staff. This research uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a primary data collection instrument. The analysis techniques used include multiple linear regression, as well as hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. At the classical assumption testing stage, the research tested normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation. The partial analysis results show that: 1.) Competency has no significant effect on the performance of Bess Mansion Hotel Surabaya employees, 2.) Workload has a significant effect on the performance of Bess Mansion Hotel Surabaya employees, 3.) work-life balance has a significant effect on the performance of Aston employees Inn Jemursari Surabaya. 4.) Simultaneously, the variables of competence, workload and work-life balance have a significant effect on the performance of Aston Inn Jemursari Surabaya employees.
