Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of intrinsic motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of business administration students at the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. The problem faced in this research is the lack of interest in entrepreneurship among students is the low interest in entrepreneurship among students, which is caused by a mindset that is more inclined towards becoming employees rather than entrepreneurship. Where, the aim of this research is to increase interest in entrepreneurship by paying attention to the variables of intrinsic motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and entrepreneurial knowledge. The research method used is quantitative with measurements using a Likert scale. This research uses several tests including the normality test, t test and f test, correlation test and multiple linear regression test. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the results of research on the influence of intrinsic motivation on interest in entrepreneurship show that intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship. The influence of mindset on interest in entrepreneurship. The results of the research show that mindset has a positive and significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship. and entrepreneurial knowledge positively influences the entrepreneurial interest of students in the business administration study program, obtained an R² (R-squared) figure of 0.610 or (61%). This shows that the percentage influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Entrepreneurship Mindset and Knowledge is 61%. In other words variables. The variables that influence Entrepreneurial Interest are Internal Motivation, Entrepreneurial Mindset and Knowledge 61%, so the results obtained from this research are that intrinsic motivation, entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial knowledge
