Abstract

In a country, economic activity is of course assisted and supported by the existence of institutions operating in the financial sector. Of course, this institution has many products and services that can help meet people's needs. The increasing number of institutions operating in the financial sector and the products they offer can of course give rise to quite tight competition. To win the market in a competitive world, of course companies need to compete in providing excellent quality service, carrying out appropriate promotional activities such as word of mouth promotions, and forming taglines to attract public attention to the products offered. So this can make people interested and ultimately decide to purchase the products offered by the company.Excellent Service Quality, Word of Mouth, and Tagline are factors that can influence a person's purchasing decision. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Excellent Service Quality, Word of Mouth, and Tagline on Customer Decisions at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) CP Kalianyar. The type of research used is quantitative research. Sampling was carried out using a non�probabilitysampling technique (non-random sampling) using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that Excellent Service Quality, Word of Mouth, and Tagline have a partial and joint influence (simultaneous) on Customer Decisions at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) CP Kalianyar. So the proposed hypothesis is declared accepted.
