Abstract

Customer satisfaction is very important for companies because it contributes directly to customer retention, increased sales and a good reputation. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of brand image, trust and sales promotion on customer satisfaction at the Athena Beauty Clinic, Surabaya. The author was interested in choosing this title because of a phenomenon that has occurred, namely an increase in public awareness of the importance of skin care, which has increased business competition in the skin care industry. This makes more and more companies operating in the skin care industry grow in the city of Surabaya. The author chose the Athena Beauty Clinic as the place to be researched because the Athena Beauty Clinic is a beauty clinic founded by a doctor who also often educates the public about skin care, fake creams in its content. The method used in this research is quantitative by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to clinic customers. The sample used in this research consisted of 100 respondents who were selected by relying on the researcher's considerations or certain factors in their selection. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis to test the proposed hypothesis. Testing this hypothesis was proven through the t test (partial) that Brand Image had no effect on customer satisfaction, Trust had an effect on customer satisfaction, and Sales Promotion had an effect on customer satisfaction. As well as the F test (Simultaneous) with the calculated F being greater than the F table. With the determination value (R2 ) of 23.3%, the remaining 76.8% is explained by other variables not researched by the author, such as service quality, price, word of mouth and others.
